A nine floor penthouse renovation for offices suites in the Wrigley Building’s south tower that embraces the building’s 1920s aesthetics while updating the space for modern use. The new design considers space, lighting, and acoustic needs of the offices for private work, and includes custom finishes and fixtures to immerse occupants in the rich, historic character of the tower.
